Our role is to help protect the Owner’s interests, keep the project team aligned, identify issues early, and maintain clear oversight from planning through construction, closeout, and occupancy.

Owner’s Representation – Acting as an extension of the Owner’s team throughout the project.
Construction Management – Monitoring progress, coordination, schedule, documentation, and overall project execution.
Code & Permitting Support – Assisting with permitting, code compliance, regulatory coordination, and plan review.

Project Administration – Supporting meetings, pay applications, change orders, reporting, and project documentation.
Closeout & Occupancy Support – Helping manage punch lists, final documentation, turnover, and project completion.
